Sales & Marketing Assistant

Part-time or full-time  •  Work locally, remote okay

The sales and marketing assistant responsibilities include the following and training will be provided:

  • Writing proposals/quotes

  • Creating PowerPoint presentations

  • Salesforce data entry and reporting

  • Providing administrative support (i.e., scheduling meetings & travel, expense reports)

  • Taking notes during sales calls

  • Following up on proposals and customers

The skills required are as follows:

  • Extreme awesomeness

  • Great writing and proofreading skills

  • Amazing organizational skills

  • No shyness in your DNA

  • Computer skills, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing is preferable

  • Work experience in the field via internships and/or schooling is an added advantage

Salary

  • Based on experience
